Egyptian cuisine is one of the oldest in the world. The food is influenced by the geography, climate, and cultures of Egypt.

Egyptian food is characterized by its simplicity and lack of spice. Unlike other Arab countries, Egyptian cuisine does not use many spices. This reflects the fact that Egypt historically has been a major producer of wheat and rice, which are staples in Egyptian cuisine.

Egyptian cuisine consists mainly of dishes made from vegetable or meat broths, or from sauces thickened with breadcrumbs or flour. They are often eaten with rice or bread.

What our customers say about us!

8405/5 recommend Giza! We ordered the Falafel plater, combo shawarma plater (lamb, beef, chicken), and the macaroni bechamel that they had on special today. All of it was fantastic! The owner was extremely friendly and came out to introduce himself and thank us for choosing them for dinner. We will definitely be back soon and if you're looking for something new to eat, absolutely give them a try.

I was so excited to try this food, and I was not disappointed!! One word: FLAVOR! Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and so satisfying. I had the Baba Ghanouj, Falafel, and Baklava. The Mediterranean Salad is my favorite version ever. Shared with friends who all enjoyed it just as much as me. The time and care spent preparing these dishes is so evident. Thank you to the owners for bringing this cuisine to our community!
